See Yourself At Your Success Weight

Changing your mindset is vital to reaching your goal

The reason why so many of us fail at losing weight is that our minds are filled with negative thoughts. It’s almost like a self-fulfilling prophecy – the less confidence you have, the easier it will be for your mind to come up with excuses to give up and instead put it off until tomorrow.

We all know what it feels like: You’ve been trying hard but every time there was progress something would happen that made everything worse instead of better… And then one day you got it, and things just started going fantastic! Your clothes fit just right around your body without feeling puffy or tight anywhere else except where they should.

If you want to transform your body, imagine what your life will be like just 30 days from now if:

What would your life look like if you were in the best shape of your entire existence? You might as well picture it because that is exactly where you are headed. When people say “healthy,” what do they mean? They’re not talking about how many minutes or hours a day can be spent at work—although this too will help—rather something more fundamental: How happy and excited does someone feel when looking into their fridge after eating an apple instead of grabbing for another cookie habitually without thinking twice!

Imagine yourself eating that apple.

Start with your thoughts, these are some things to check off that may be holding you back from success.

Start picturing an image of your body, see your rib cage and pectoral muscles tight and lean, instead of a soft and flabby! Picture arms that are hard sinewy curves with veins visible if you want them in place of rippling fat deposits. Picture your abs just the way you want. This will make all the difference in how you feel about yourself when looking at yourself in the mirror every day.

The next time you are feeling down about your body, or find yourself obsessing over the number on the scale, take a few minutes to do this visualization exercise. It will help shift your focus and change your perspective so that you can start seeing your body in a more positive light. When you look in the mirror, don’t just see an image of someone who is overweight or out of shape. Picturing yourself with the body you want will make it easier for you to achieve that goal. Start picturing yourself as fit and healthy today!
